The foremost aim of Bioscan Diagnostics is to provide reliable, efficient and prompt diagnostic services to the patient by utilizing best possible human resources, equipment, material, techniques and laboratory practices in our lab.
The objective of our quality system is to make our laboratory a trusted and leading provider of clinical diagnostic services in terms of test menu offered, and quality.
The Laboratory is committed to comply with international standards and method of testing the patient samples. Using good professional practices provide reliable laboratory reports through an efficient Quality Control Program.
The lab will provide competent, prompt, polite service and professional care to patients and is fully committed to good and ethical professional practices.
The lab will offer its professional expertise and technical resources so as to make a valuable contribution to the total medical care delivered to the patients.
All laboratory personnel shall always comply with the Quality System of the laboratory. The management of the laboratory is committed to implement all requirements of ISO 15189:2012 while pursuing these aims.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
- • Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System as per ISO 15189: 2012
- • All employees of the laboratory will be trained on the policy, procedure and documentation developed for the maintenance of Quality Management System.
- • To maintain strict internal quality control and improve quality of testing.
- • Participation in EQA/PT to evaluate test competency.
- • To try and continuously upgrade to keep abreast with the latest test methods developed in laboratory Quality Management System.
- • Increasing number of samples & profitability of BIOSCAN DIAGNOSTICS
- • Adding of new tests from time to time.
